If your child is going to be absent for any reason from school, please call or email no later than 8:30am with the reason for the absence. If the absence is due to an illness please leave the two symptoms.

Kindergarten Requirements:

*Physical with lead screening 

*Immunization

*Dental Screening

*Vision Screening

Third Grade Requirements:

*Vision Screening 

When to Stay Home

* Fever greater than 100 degrees

- You must be fever free for 24 hours without the use of Tylenol or Ibuprofen.

* Vomiting and/or Diarrhea (watery stools)

- You must not have vomited or had diarrhea in the last 24 hours.

* Strep throat

- You must be on antibiotics for 24 hours before returning to school.

* Any disease that requires antibiotics

- You must be on antibiotics for 24 hours before returning to school.
