John Glenn is one of North Scott's five elementary schools with an enrollment of approximately 240 students. We serve students in 5 year old preK up through 6th grade. Class sizes range from 18-26 students. We are located in Donahue, Iowa, also serving the communities of Dixon, Maysville, and surrounding rural areas.
John Glenn has a full time Guidance Counselor, a full time Nurse, and a full time Teacher Librarian. Approximately 90 percent of our students ride a bus to and from school as we serve a large geographic area in the western part of the North Scott District.
